Operation Instruction
I. The main application
600×500 chute feeder mainly used in ore dressing, metallurgy, chemical industry, and cement industry, etc. Generally used before the crusher and first sage of the milling, it can make the mineral into the crusher more evenly.

III. Equipment working principle and structure
The devices are installed on the bottom of the ore bin outlet, the ore fall onto the leakage board at the chute bottom, the bottom of the leakage board is fixed on the idler, and through the eccentric institutions to connect the leakage board and the reducer together, and then through the coupling lined the motor. During the operation the motor drive the reducer through the coupling, and through the eccentric dish and the leaking plate, which is at the bottom of the frame also between the idlers, to move in reciprocating linear way, and achieve the feed uniformly.

IV. Equipment operating instruction
1. Double-check whether the bolts of the equipment and hopper are fastening or not.
2. Check whether the all the lubrication point is full of lubricating oil.
3. No allowing too much ore on the chute when start the equipment, it can feed ore only after the normal operation of equipment.
4. Adjust the eccentricity of the feeder's two sides to the same, and the amplitude is no less than 5~5㎜.
5. Before stop the equipment first should stop feeding, the electrical motor can be shut down only after all the ore are discharged.
V. Product package and delivery
If the users have no special requirements on transport packaging, then ship the equipment as a whole without any spare parts.
VI. Possible malfunction and method of how to deal with it
