Circular Vibrating Screen is a multi-layer, high efficiency new vibrating screen. It uses cylindrical eccentric shaft exciter and partial block to adjust the amplitude with long sieve line and a variety of sieving specifications. It is suitable for screening of sand and gravel materials in quarry and product grading in coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, power and chemical industries

Circular Vibrating Screen is mainly composed of screen box, screen, vibrator, vibration spring device, chassis and other components. The vibrator is mounted on the side panel of the screen box and is driven by the coupling through the coupling to produce the centrifugal inertia force to force the sieve to vibrate. Screen side panels is made of high quality steel plate. The side panels is connected with high strength bolts or ring groove rivets with beams and the shock absorber base.
