How long is warranty time for your machines ?
Our warranty time is 13 months ,starts from the issue date of bill of lading.

Warranty scope?

• Parts: servo motor,PLC,touch screen,step motor,motor controller

• Service: we provide technician support to analyze and find out the mechanical fault by video call.once we find out the problem parts,we will send out a replacement within 3 days.

• Spare parts are not under warranty scope.(refer to the spare part list)

• Artificial damage is not under warranty scope(for example,broke the monitor of touch screen,Lightning damage)

• Client afford the Courier fee of parts

• Oversea service is available but clients afford the tickets ,visa and accommodation.

How we will solve warranty repair?
we provide technician support to analyze and find out the mechanical fault by video call.then we will come up with a solution or send you the replacement.
If everything we done is failed.you may invite our technician to repair the machine for you.

How about the lifetime of spare parts?
Normally the main spare parts are heating bar,belt and knife.
The lifetime of heating bars is about 12 months(affected by some factors:voltage instability, liquid or moisture)
The life time of knife is about 2 years(affected by some factors: rusted,cutting hard products makes not sharp)
