Chromium Nitride Alloy Powder is a ferroalloy composed of chromium and iron. It is generally used in metallurgical industry. 1. Product application:

Used as cemented carbide raw material for high temperature mold and fuel nozzle, added to special steel to play the role of wear resistance and oxidation resistance, used as film coating in thermal spraying material and stack flux cored wire electrode. With high hardness and good wear resistance, it is a very important wear-resistant coating. The Chromium Nitride film prepared by hollow cathode depositionhas two-phase structure of Cr + Cr2N, with grain size of 20-70nm and hardness of hv22gpa. After vacuum annealing, it can be increased to HV35.4GPa. Its wear resistance is better than that of CRC film. Cr + Cr2N or single-phase CrN can be obtained from CrN films by reactive sputtering. The hardness of CrN films is HV20～25GPa (the hardness of bulk CrN is HV11GPa). Used as wear-resistant coating.

2. Product packaging:

The products are packed in steel drums or woven bags, 100kg / drum or 25kg / bag. If the buyer has special requirements, it can be negotiated by both parties.
