Dry magnetic separator is a new high efficient magnetic separation equipment for dry magnetic minerals. It is generally used for the seperation of magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasting ore, ilmenite and other materials with size below 3mm or iron removal operation of refractory materials, chemical materials, metallurgy, cement, powder metallurgy, rubber and ore. 

The magnetic system is made of high-performance rare earth material and ferrite material. Due to the open magnetic circuit design, the maximum magnetic flux intensity of the cylinder surface seperation area is 0.8T or more. The magnetic field strength is 3-5 times as strong as that of the conventional magnetic separator. The magnetic field force of the seperation zone is alomost the same to that of the electromagnetic separator. 

The seperation cylinder is made of wear-resistant stainless steel. Minerals are transfered by the vibration feeder evenly to the upper part of the separation cylinder. The rotating cylinder throws non-magnetic materials out of the cylinder. Magnetic materials are sucted to the cylinder by the strong magnetic field force. It  is convenient and accurate to seperate the magnetic and non-magnetic materials with the seperation plate.
