Mobile grain dryer is mainly used for drying grain, oil material, corn, wheat, soybean, rapeseed, seed grain, forage seeds and other crops.  This series products include single tower, double tower, three tower and multi-tower combine type. The whole equipment consists of drying tower, cooling tower, hot stove, blower, elevator, cycle conveyor, electric control device and other equipment. 

High moisture grain is transported by the conveyor into the storage tank and large and small impurities are removed by the vibrating screen. Then grain is transported into the drying tower by the lifter. The high moisture grain is dewatered in the tower by heating. After drying, grain is cooled by cold air to reduce the grain temperature close to the ambient temperature. Then grain is discharged out of the tower.  The dried grain is transported by the conveyor into the warehouse or the deposit bucket for packaging. In addition, the drying tower is also equipped with empty tower alarm, high temperature control and low temperature alarm protection device.

The choice of grain dryer should be based on the type of grain.  For wheat and rice, mixed flow grain dryer and counterflow grain dryer are recommended. For corn, Downstream high temperature fast drying machine is a better choice. For rice, mixed flow or counterflow grain dryer with low temperature, large tempering section is recommended. The amount of grain can also affect the drying process and the choice of the dryer.
